Return Policy

All hats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All other items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date if they are unworn, unused, and in original condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We offer size exchanges for eligible items if the requested size is available at the time the exchange is processed. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to qualify.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@coastalgoods.co with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Because each product is made and packaged with care, we reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
